In your dashboard, navigate to Premium Add-ons for Elementor -> White Labeling (Premium Add-ons PRO required).
Free Version

PRO Version

General Options
Wigets` Category Name, Prefix and Badge are related to the widgets` info on the editor page
Admin Settings
You can also use the white labeling option to hide About, Version Control, License and White Labeling dashboard tabs. If you hide white labeling tab, then you will need to reactivate the plugin to show it again.
