Credit/Debit Card
If you are having an issue while trying to purchase Premium Addons PRO using your credit/debit card, you will almost see “There was an error processing your payment. Please contact your card issuer for more information” message.
This usually happens due to a couple of things:
- You’re trying to checkout using an AMEX card. Unfortunately, AMEX cards are not supported in UAE. You need to use a different type card.
- Not all checkout form fields are filled. So, we need to make sure all the fields are not empty. Also, this issue usually happens due to the information entered. So, please make sure that all the data entered in English.
- The card information are invalid.
Usually, transactions usually declined by your bank, so if the tips above didn’t work. You can simply just contact your bank first and ask them to allow the transaction and retry to buy.
PayPal
In most cases, PayPal infinite loading issue happens due to a browser issue. So, if PayPal keeps loading while trying to complete your purchase, you just need to try from a different browser, then you will be able to complete your purchase.
