  • In case you decided to cancel your purchase and request a refund, you should do that during the first 14 days after purchasing date.
  • To request the refund you will need to submit a support ticket at this link: https://my.leap13.com/contact-support/ this is the only way to request a refund.
  • Money back guarantee can only be granted to you on your first purchase, Which means You can’t request a refund according to this policy for the second license you purchased or any other purchases.
  • You lose your right to “No question asked money-back guarantee” if we found out that you are still using the plugin when you requested a refund. There is no exception to that.
  • Money back guarantee is also not applicable on license upgrades. or renewals.
  • Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products or you bought it by mistake.
