Display Conditions feature in Premium Addons plugin for Elementor allows you to dynamically show or hide page elements based on various criteria, such as user role, device, browser, and more.
To see this feature in action, explore this demo page, which visually demonstrates how element visibility can be adjusted based on user roles.
In this tutorial, we’ll demonstrate how to dynamically display or hide Elementor content on specific posts. This functionality is particularly useful when building single post templates in Elementor and needing to customize content visibility per post.
Use Cases for Displaying/Hiding Elements Per Post
- Targeted Banners & Announcements – Show promotional banners on specific posts (e.g., a “Limited Time Offer” banner on a product launch post).
- Post-Specific Content Sections – Display extra content based on the post type (e.g., a “Related Resources” section only on tutorial posts).
- Seasonal or Event-Based Elements – Hide time-sensitive content after an event end (e.g., a “Holiday Sale Countdown” that disappears after the sale).
- Custom Call-to-Actions (CTAs) – Adjust CTAs depending on the post’s purpose (e.g., “Download eBook” CTA on guides, “Sign Up for Webinar” on events).
- Relevant Ads & Affiliate Links – Show ads only on related posts (e.g., an Amazon affiliate product box on review posts while hiding it elsewhere).
Requirements
- You will need the Premium Addons free plugin installed and activated on your website.
- Premium Addons works only with Elementor Page Builder plugin, so you will need to have it installed and activated as well.
